Guest Book Policies
Do I have to complete
all the sections on the sign in form?
You must provide your name and
email address if you are submitting a comment or question. You do not
have to complete the remaining sections (except for your comments!).
Who reviews and responds to my
questions or comments?
The Corporate Services Division
maintains the Guest Book and responds to most inquiries. If specific information
is called for, they will contact the relevant person.
What do you do with the information you collect through the Guest
Book?
We review the guest book regularly
and respond to the comments and questions listed there. Our response may
be direct to the person, or we may list the question/comment and subsequent
answer on our Frequently Asked Questions page.
We do not give your contact information to any third parties unless
requested or required to do so for legal purposes.
Do you publish everything that
is submitted to the Guest Book?
No. If you make a comment or pose a question and
tell us that you do not want that comment or question posted in our journal,
we will not post it.
What is not allowed in the Guest
Book?
- We reserve the right to delete any postings that are, in our sole
judgment and opinion, offensive to others, factually false or misleading,
illegal, immoral or slanderous.
- We do not allow anyone to use the Guest Book to promote their personal
opinions or grievances at the expense of others.
- We do not allow anyone to use the Guest Book to promote their products
or services.
