The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for the public to express concern or support regarding the proposed Consent to Easement to the Zoning By-law.

Application A1/10 has been submitted for 8 Oakes Ave., Kirkland Lake consisting of Teck PT MC L16635 RP TER 297, PARTS 35,36,39,40,51 PCL 9685 CST in Timiskaming.

The Applicant is requesting a Minor Variance to change maximum height from '2 storey or 10.5m' to 'up to 4 storey'

TAKE NOTICE THAT an application under the above file number will be heard by the committee of adjustment on the date and time and place shown below, under the authority of section 45 of the Planning Act.
